Life through Pictures
I was going to dedicate this post to the amazing Memorial Day weekend I had at Lake Norrell in central Arkansas with the Fulmer family and a revolving door of friends and guests. But I've been finding myself recently taking some fun photographs with Instagram and figured it might be more interesting to provide an update on life through pictures. So here we go!
The view from my dining room window facing North the morning a storm was rolling in. I simply cannot get enough of the views of this place!
Termite Apocalypse 2013. The termites swarmed like crazy last Wednesday night covering the patio at Dat Dog and our entire table. They were everywhere. Disgusting.
A beautiful sunset on my drive in to Lake Norrell. I could feel the stress starting to dissipate as I anxiously looked forward getting to the lake house Friday night.
Our final night on the lake. Couldn't be more grateful for the weekend and time spent with some best friends and new acquaintances. Good for the soul!
First snowball of the season with the Orientation Team Leaders on Tuesday afternoon. Mango Strawberry from Plum Street. Delicious.
This week marks the final calm before the storm as we kick off our first orientation this Saturday. As my boss reminded me yesterday, yes, I am painfully aware I'll be working the next 34 out of 37 days. A couple days off to celebrate my grandfather's birthday and father's day and then it'll be July 4. Big gulp!
Cheers.
