Crawfish & French Quarter Fest

The anticipation for the weekend was high with one of my best friends from grad school coming to visit NOLA, my sister coming in town from Denver to see our niece for the first time, and a crawfish boil and French Quarter Fest on the horizon. And as I head off to work this morning, I am happy to report the weekend did not disappoint one bit.

Dinner Friday night at Rum House and drinks Saturday night at Publiq House rounded out a family and friend filled weekend. Excited that Daphne got to visit me here and that the entire family could be together on a non-holiday.
