HUGE fan.

I love X-Men. I loved the comics, the cartoon every Saturday morning on Fox, and the movies. I will admit I was a bit disappointed by the third film and was left with an unsettled feeling after the third film came and went and Gambit never appeared.

When I heard that X-Men Origins: Wolverine was being produced and would introduce a new line of films in the franchise, the little boy inside of me jumped for joy at being able to see what this new film entailed. And when I heard that Gambit would be a character in this film, I was ecstatic.

I went and saw the film last night and regardless of the reviews (EW gave it a C+, I hate you Lisa Schwarzbaum), I thought it was amazing. And the surprise appearances by Cyclops, Storm, and Professor X made it all the more enthralling. I can't wait to see what's next on the horizon. So if you get a chance and you're an X-Men fan, go see the movie. But make sure you stay until the very end (aka post credits).
