Innsbrook
The lake is calling my name. Like, I can almost here it beckoning me. I'm headed out of town for the long weekend and I couldn't be more thrilled. It's the first of 3/4 weekends being gone and though that may seem like a lot, I am R-E-A-D-Y for some mini vacations.
First stop: Innsbrook to my friend's family's cabin for a weekend in the woods and on the lake! Yep, this is the same place we went for a night during my birthday weekend. Only this go round, we're going for two nights. We're headed out tomorrow morning and are returning on Monday. And since it's only 45 minutes away, I'm even more stoked for the short travel time. I hope to spend the entire weekend out on the water getting some color on my pale skin and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature (as opposed to the peace and quiet of my residence hall). Plus my friend's family are good people and I imagine we'll have a good time. She sent me a text today that said: "82, 91, sunny, beer, margaritas, sangria and bbq." Then she asked if I required anything special!? I was like nope. You just about covered it all!
