Gingerbread man.

Yesterday was the Campus Life Holiday Brunch. I had a great time being able to interact with my colleagues but also with the division and enjoy some good holiday cheer. After brunch, we engaged in a heated and competitive gingerbread house competition. My office attempted a gingerbread replica of the new Tate (Student Union) and won! I have never made a gingerbread house before and really enjoyed the experience. As you can see in the picture to the left we used everything: graham crackers, peppermints, candy canes, m&m's, gum drops, marshmallows, icing, gumballs, twizzlers, smarties, and chiclets. A good time was had by all.

Went to see Australia last night with Christy and I must say, if you're looking for a good movie, go see it. I could sit here and go on and on about what an incredible movie it is but what's the point of building all this hype if you see it and disagree or have higher expectations? So I'll simply say it's a solid film and worth checking out. The director, Baz Luhrmann, did an incredible job once again of working with Nicole Kidman since their last project together, Moulin Rouge.

Off this morning to grab coffee with some folks and then a birthday lunch at Last Resort for Lisa's birthday! mmmm. Going to Rock Eagle this afternoon to visit the site of DAWG CAMP. Busy but exciting day.

Cheers.

Oh and p.s. I meant to do this sooner but a big shout out and thank you to DP for the latest redesign of the blog. He created the logo my initials logo to the left and put together a new header template for me. The boy got skillz yo.
