back to life, back to reality...
Tomorrow I make the trek back to Athens. Classes resume on Thursday and it's time to get back into the swing of things...grudgingly. I am indeed looking forward to seeing some old-ish faces in Athens but not too eager to return to a schedule where I am in FULL THROTTLE mode all the time. I have a feeling this upcoming semester will be more insane than the first.
Despite recently acquiring the plague in my throat, I've greatly enjoyed the break and my time in Memphis visiting friends. I got to visit my favorite spots: Central BBQ, Bogie's, and Eclectic, took a walk around both CBU and Rhodes to take some photos for a class project, ran along the Mississippi River and through Overton Park, and even tried a few new places: Cafe 61 and Bardog(s). All in all, it's been a great mini vacation.
