Spring is in the air!
I know. It's only February and spring time is not here. Not yet anyway. So while I will continue to keep my seer sucker, plaid, pastels, and linen tucked away, I will definitely be taking advantage of the gorgeous weather!
Class got out early today and while I waited for my next class, had an opportunity to spend a couple hours relaxing in the quad on the North campus with Caleb. It was great to just sit outside and relax for a couple hours and allow the sun to bask on my Cullen-like skin. (For those of you non-Twilight fans, insert: PASTY WHITE). It was also really nice to take some time to just "be" outside and not be cooped up in an office or on a bus moving from class to work to class.
Interview Weekends are finally over and though I thoroughly enjoyed the group that came this past weekend (and secretly hope a few of them end up here), am glad to have things return to normal. I am ready to reclaim my weekend!
Speaking of the weekend, there are many things in store. I'll report on them later on in the week as things become more concrete.
