Passed!
At approximately 9:30pm yesterday evening, my roommate let out a high-pitched scream and started jumping up and down yelling, "WE PASSED!! WE PASSED!!" Though I found it difficult to make sense of what he was saying, I knew he wasn't talking about the current episode of the Bachelor we had on. (By the way, I think Vienna is trashy. But that's beside the point).
I interrupted his screaming to ask if was talking about COMPS and how he knew and he informed me the faculty just sent us an email saying the entire cohort passed our comprehensive exams!!!
WAHOOO!!!!! So with that, we both started jumping up and down screaming before we pulled ourselves together, threw on some clothes, and hit the bars to celebrate! It was indeed a joyous occasion.
Our faculty have sent many kudos our way and informed us we are the first group within the last 1o years to all pass without anyone having to remediate a question or more. So even more kudos to us.
So congrats to the 2010 crew for the hard work, the dedication, and for bringing it. We rocked it!
