Ropes Course, Taboo, 8e's

Yesterday was a packed day. Spent the majority of the day at the UGA Ropes Course bonding with my cohort. We did a high ropes course as well as some other activities and had a great time. Sporting our white bandanas, Team 5:00 somewhere dominated most of the games and gave our all in the challenges. This program is starting to feel more like a Real World season or a reality tv show. Adding to that, we lost a cohort member Thursday night. She decided to leave the program so we're now down to 16.

Last night we went over to J.P.'s house (a second year) for tacos and game night. Men vs. Women in Taboo and per usual, the men dominated. After that a small group of us went downtown for some drinks and went to 8e's which is an amazing place. Decked in 80s posters, the DJ plays only hits from the 80s. It's the kind of music you'd want played at your wedding reception. Definitely the place to go when you want to go dancing.

Spent the morning hanging out with Kari making omelettes and drinking coffee. We are having a big party here tonight and the theme is "Celebrate the Seasons." Everyone is encouraged to dress as their favorite season. I'm going as "Tourist Season." I'm off to find a fanny pack, I heart NY t-shirt, tube socks, and a map to stick in my belt. I'll post some photos of the evening tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great weekend! Cheers.
