stop orienting me.

I think you reach a point where your brain shuts down and is tired of hearing new information. I was advised not to attend graduate school orientation this morning by the wise 2nd years but my cohort was going and I figured it would be a good way to meet more people.

After sitting in a room like sardines listening to 10 different speakers for an hour and a half, I'm worn out. I don't think I can listen to one more person talk about orientation, the joys of beginning a new journey, the excitement as you prepare for this next big step, and about the roadmap to graduation. Ugh.

Do not have to work today which means I'm a free man. Going to sit down and finally watch my Netflix I've had for over a week. It's a documentary called Fall From Grace about a Baptist minister, his church, and his preachings of hate. Should be interesting. Also hoping to go for a run this afternoon and make a run to Lowe's and Wal-Mart to pick up some blinds, notebooks, and maybe some slip covers.

Enjoy your Thursday! Cheers.

Sounds like a nice little Thursday. Maybe Bed Bath & Beyond?
